Mycorhization

Through a careful and precise mycorhization process, we prepare our plants to later plant them in the best fields of Aragon where the climate, the altitude and humidity conditions, allow the growth of the best truffle in the world.

Growing and picking our truffles

More than seven years after planting in our fields, the holm oaks begin to bear fruit. Harvesting usually begins in November, lasting until March.

Packaging

After harvesting, we carefully prepare our truffles by cleaning them as soon as they leave the fields and packing them for shipment in less than 24 hours. In this way, the truffles arrive at their destination in perfect condition and with all their aroma.

Distribution

Strictly keeping the temperature between 2 and 5 degrees Celsius, we distribute our packaged truffles in the best conditions and through the most efficient transport services, selecting the best distribution companies for each destination.

Right to your table

Our truffles arrive at your table in less than 48 hours from the moment they are collected from the fields. In this way we can guarantee that the customer receives a product of the best quality, freshness, flavor and aroma.
